Tinnitus

Tinnitus is hearing ringing or white noise when there is no external sound. It is common at low levels. For those with a sudden and loud onset of tinnitus it can disrupt sleep, concentration, and interacting with others.

Tinnitus is not a hearing problem, as there is no external sound. It is a nervous system issue. Your system has become adrenalised. Adrenalin affects functions of your body and mind by:

  • contracting muscles and connective tissue surrounding your ear, jaw and neck putting pressure on nerves.
  • hormonally affects your limbic system which is your brain’s emotion processing centre
  • compresses cranial bones which need to be released to allow proper nerve function

For severe tinnitus, a Pain Relief Pathway is 10 to 15 consults.

  • 1 consult understand tinnitus
  • 4 consults cranial tensions
  • 3 to 4 consults adrenal function
  • 2 consults neck releases
  • 2 jaw unwind consults
  • 1 lower spine focus, whole body

hyper-responsive or unable to switch off. The cause of GAD is in experiences of the past. You may know the cause, or it may be long forgotten. Whichever it is your physical and mental alarm system did not switch off, and now disrupts activities, when undesired.
GAD symptoms include:

  • rapid breathing and heart palpitations
  • fear, panic
  • sweating without exertion
